My SAI isn't working

Hey, I was just wondering if someone could help me. I downloaded Paint Tool SAI but the stabilizer isn't working. I've tested every setting and followed multiple tutorials in an attempt to fix it, but I just can't seem to get it to work. It worked on my old laptop, so I'm wondering if it's somehow just not compatible with Windows 10? You can tell it's not working from my Lars drawing. If any of you have advice on how I could fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

I just googled it and I'd like to correct myself, It's an actual graphic novel oops
